Shipping Policy

Once you place the order, we authenticate the products are in perfect condition.  Once the product is checked, the product is packed intact and handed over to the trusted delivery partner.  Our delivery partner will try to deliver the package at the earliest. However, in case they’re unable to reach you or the provided address, they will contact you and resolve the issue.

The products are packed in boxes, covered with a plastic layer. Every individual product is bubble wrapped. The fragile items such as bottles are secured with additional bubble wrap to avoid the spilling of the product.

Once the order has been dispatched, you receive an email or SMS with the required details, such as the tracking number, and further, the courier company processes your order.  The tracking number assists the customer in keeping a check on the status of the package after the product is dispatched from the warehouse.

Usually, the order is dispatched within 1-4 business days (Sunday and public holidays excluded) Our products are usually fresh, which allows us to provide genuine and non-expired products.  While we try to deliver the best, the delivery might get delayed.  If you place an order from the Sale event, the dispatches might get delayed due to increased volumes. During such instances, we target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order due.
